ITTC 2026 conference technical speech sessions will be held from April 21 to 22, 2027 at the Suzhou International Expo Center, Jiangsu, China in the conference rooms. The conference is divided into two parts: Keynote speeches and thematic speeches. An open call for presentations from international professionals is now open to the trenchless industry.

All presentations shall be 25 minutes in length. Five minutes will be provided at the end of the presentation for questions and answers, making the full session 30 minutes. Your schedule will be sent to you and will also be listed via conference schedule online.

All presentations will be orally translated onsite during your presentation in Mandarin. The service is arranged by ITTC team.

All speakers are required to adhere to the work submission schedule as established by ITTC in the annual Program Deadlines. Late submissions may be subject to disapproval.

Please submit the following materials for peer review and final approval for publication and marketing purposes:

A clear headshot photo with a neutral background, in square shape, no smaller than 2mb in size, in jpg format. The photo will be published via printed program and online marketing materials. In the situation of co-presenters attending, please provide both head shots.

A 250-word bio containing full name, current title, past professional experience, awards, achievements, etc. The info will also be translated into Mandarin by ITTC team.

The title and 200-word introduction about the paper or presentation. The info will also be translated into Mandarin by ITTC team.

The number of participants, full name and the professional titles of each participant within your organization or company. After submission, the title cannot be changed. The info will help us to provide hospitality services to the participants.

Abstracts from three areas are of interest to the conference program juror: Pipe-jacking Technology, Pipeline Rehabilitation, and HDD Technology . About 5-6 presentations will be selected for each category. Critical industry issues, new construction case studies, and innovative research results are all welcome.

If you have your own translation services, feel free to translate the files on demand. If you request the presentation be translated to other languages than Mandarin or English, there are paid services that we can arrange for you.

If you need to exchange the speaker, please let us know at least one month before the exhibition.

All authors must have obtained permission(s) to publish and present a technical paper from the responsible owning authority of the featured project for promoting ITTC.

All speakers agree to grant ITTC the rights to share the presentation documents and papers via social media and website for marketing and knowledge-sharing purposes. No one will receive commercial benefits from such sharing of info. If you have an issue with sharing your presentation or paper with public, please let us know.

All speakers agree to grant ITTC the rights to use their photos or videos at ITTC for future marketing materials and social media to promote ITTC.

All speakers who present papers at the ITTC conference will be provided with a complimentary conference badge to attend the conference. The accompanying colleagues of the speaker must register and pay the applicable registration fee to participate in the conference.

There is no fees charged for abstract submission (except for product introduction presentations from private companies). Accepted presentation and presenter will receive an honourable certificate onsite after the conference sessions. There’s no payment made to the presenter for the presentation. The presentation PPT will be shared with conference attendees after ITTC 2027 with the permission of the presenter.
